i just got a job in a factory last week and got fierd today because of felonies how do i change this law
You would need to get at least one state legislator to introduce and sponsor a bill to get the law changed, and the bill would have to pass the Michigan House and Senate both, and then be signed into law by the governor. Unless you can make a compelling case as to why business should be required to hire people with felony backgrounds, though, you won't have a lot of luck.

I don't believe you can. Did you lie on your employment application. If so, they have every right to fire you.

Signed petitions sent to your representative. A lot of signatures. Cross your fingers. I doubt they'll be enough public support to get that law repealed.

Well, first you need the people of the state to elect a felon. Then that elected felon can try to change the laws of company hiring practices. Good luck.

You don't it's the same in every state. You can be fired for ANY REASON within the first 90 days. 90% of companies now run criminal checks on new hires.

You can't.
No one is required to hire a convicted criminal.
You can try having your record expunged.
You can try being upfront and honest in the first place.
